So. On Steam, you earn points from buying videogames and other digital goods. You can then spend those points on allsorts.
One way in particular is to spend points to leave a badge on someone's profile. This could be like a heart or superstar, for instance. And they get points from you too. It's like a way of thanking that person for being meaninful to you.
But one particular badge is a clown, which has two main facets
1. you can leave a clown (or jester) on someone's profile, as a way of trolling or getting back at someone you dislike
2. you can do what's called "clown farming". This means intentionally being a dick on Steam, mainly through reviews, forums, etc, in hopes of farming clown badges and getting free points
Valve has since removed the first set of profile badges and has replaced them with new ones, that now no longer award the person you give to points

First I'm diagnosed by a psychyatrist with psychotic personality disorder which is probably right.
Then I'm diagnosed by a psychyatrist with epilepsy which was wrong.
Then I'm diagnosed with schizophrenia by the same psychyatrist which was also wrong.
Then a psychologist diagnoses me with psychopathy which was wrong.
Then I'm diagnosed with my current psychyatrist with neuropathy which I'm sticking to.
Now my current psychologist says he doesn't like diagnosises but he's seeing autism patterns everywhere when we speak.
It's funny how psychyatrists tend to diagnose you with mental disorders which can be treated with medication while psychologists tend to stick to the non-medicational disorders.

The reason for an autism diagnosis is planning and methods.
To be honest I'm not sure what my psychologist wants with me. It feels like we have no plan. When I first saw him I had trouble with my sleeping and my psychopathy diagnosis and since that has been solved it feels like the mission has been accomplished.
Maybe it's some policy that they have to have their patients for one year so that they don't try to get rid of them quickly and effectivly.

I escaped the hurricane and made it to my mom's, dropped Munchkin off at the vet, but they say her teeth aren't critical enough to warrant extraction given the high risk at her age, so all they've ended up doing is some blood work which seems to have all come back as normal. meanwhile I'm doing some IT work for the rehab place, which got hacked recently.
